This orders is prepared for the Qatar Olympic Games. 600 tons of 316L stainless steel flat sheets are used for sewer pipes.
These steel plates have four thicknesses of 6/8/9/10mm, and the width is also very narrow at 225-250mm.The surface of all steel plates requires No.1 surface, which must be smooth and not rough.
Because the flat steel plate is the first process to make the sewer pipes, when the steel plate is shipped to Qatar, a layer of rubber is attached to the surface of the steel plate, and then a carbon steel coil is used to protect it.Because this places high requirements on the surface of the steel plate, because if the surface is not smooth enough, it will rub against the rubber many times, which will also cause the rubber to break. If it is a rough surface, it needs to be wrapped with rubber twice, which will also increase the customer’s expenditure on rubber.
But this time our steel plate production is very beautiful, it took 40 days for 600 tons. Because the customer now lives in Yiwu, Zhejiang, it is also very convenient to come to the factory for inspection. Always praise our goods.
In the middle of May, we finally waited for the bulk carrier to go to Qatar, and we got the customer's promise: After this batch of goods arrives at the government of Qatar, we will continue to look for us to purchase.
